Dad Drops Daughter at Baseball Game, Wife Pissed

Here’s a funny video for you. In a clumsy attempt to catch a foul ball, a father in Taiwan accidently dropped his toddler daughter into the stadium seats below his own and then yanked her up by the leg. The video isn’t in English, but there’s no translation needed for the look on his wife’s face.

Nevada Gold Receives South Dakota Gaming License

HOUSTON, Jan. 24, 2012 — Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. today announced that it has received approval for its state gaming license from the South Dakota Commission on Gaming.

“We continue to believe that the acquisition of AG Trucano is a very attractive opportunity for Nevada Gold. The approval for a gaming license in the state of South Dakota is one of the final steps before closing our pending acquisition,” said Robert Sturges, Chief Executive Officer of Nevada Gold. “We are delighted to have received approval from the South Dakota Commission on Gaming and appreciate the efforts of the Commission in the timely evaluation of our application.”

On October 18, 2011, the Company announced that it had signed an agreement to purchase AG Trucano, Son & Grandsons, Inc.

Former UB Poker players file RICO Lawsuit

Eight of the biggest high-stakes online Poker Pros from the mid 2000s have just filed a RICO lawsuit against Excapsa Software (the parent company of Ultimate Bet Poker) in the US District Court of Central California, claiming that during the Super-User scandal that took place from 2003-2008 the site stole roughly $20 million from players, and high ranking members of management were complicit in the crime.

Led by Daniel Ashman, the group of eight players also includes well known Ultimate Bet poker players like Brad YukonBrad Booth, Dustin NeverWin Woolf, and Tom Koral.

Poker Players Try Their Hand on Survivor: South Pacific

After Jean-Robert Bellandes embarrassing and fascinating stint on Survivor, producers once again dipped into the professional poker pool to cast the shows 23rd season. Since the game of Survivor is very much like playing a hand of poker with the ability to effectively deceive fellow players being the games winning skill it seems professional poker players would have a huge advantage in the game.

There is never a concerted effort to cast any specific type of profession on Survivor, but I dont think its a coincidence that poker players make for such great characters, Survivor host/executive producer Jeff Probst told ESPN. S
